Take a local business concept from thesis to funded operating company.

A structured twelve-week program that converts a validated local business concept into an investable operating company: market thesis, unit economics, operating plan, legal entity, governance, and a capital structure ready for citizen and institutional participation.

Project-Development Session

A single working session that pressure-tests your project before you raise.

A focused two-hour session with the Citizens Ventures structuring team covering feasibility, capital requirements, likely structure, governance constraints and the realistic path to citizen participation. You leave with a written assessment and a recommended structure.

Citizens Ventures designs and administers project-specific vehicles for franchise expansion, operating-business growth, retail centers and industrial operations. Eligible participants subscribe to a defined structure with disclosed terms, reporting cadence and governance rights.

Community Investment Pods

Organize a group of local citizens around a single project.

A pod is a coordinated group of local participants who pool capital into one project vehicle under a single administrative wrapper. Citizens Ventures forms the pod, handles onboarding and eligibility, and administers reporting and distributions on the pod's behalf.

A managed coordination mandate. Citizens Ventures maintains a vetted operator pipeline and an eligible participant register, then convenes both sides around specific, structured opportunities rather than open-ended networking.

Local Business-Launch Structures

Turnkey legal, governance and capital scaffolding for a new location.

For proven concepts opening a new market: entity formation, licensing coordination, operator agreements, governance charter and the participation vehicle that lets local citizens hold a defined economic interest in the new location from day one.

How we are paid

Capital does not move toward opacity. Our full fee structure is published here and repeated in every engagement letter and disclosure pack. There are no undisclosed spreads, referral kickbacks or hidden placement fees.

Structuring fee

2% of capital structured

One-time, charged at close of a project vehicle. Covers legal design, diligence and documentation.

Management fee

1.5% annually

Charged on deployed capital under administration. Funds governance, reporting and oversight.

Performance participation

15% above an 8% preferred return

Aligned with participants. Nothing is earned until the preferred return is delivered.

Program and advisory fees

Fixed, published rates

Venture development, launch structuring and project sessions are billed at disclosed fixed fees.

Membership

$49 monthly | $4,900 annually

Recurring access to project rooms, diligence packs and pod matching.

Pod administration

$7,500 plus 0.75% annually

Formation and ongoing administration of community investment pods.

Fees are indicative and confirmed in writing per engagement and per jurisdiction. Capital participation involves risk, including loss of capital. Citizens Ventures structures and administers vehicles and does not provide individualized investment advice.
